Attorney Nicholas Zaricki received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston in May 2021. He joined Campoli, Monteleone, & Mozian as an associate on November 15, 2021.

Prior to attending Law School, Attorney Zaricki graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2013 with a B.A. in Politics & Society. He then served two terms as a State Representative in the New Hampshire General Court. First elected at 23 years old, he was among the youngest state legislators in the country. He served on the Labor, and Economic Development Committees, and sponsored legislation to strengthen constitutional rights and consumer protection.

At Campoli, Monteleone & Mozian, Attorney Zaricki focuses on Civil Litigation, including Landlord-Tenant Law, Estate Planning & Probate, and Real Estate matters.

During his time in Law School, Attorney Zaricki clerked for Wolf Popper, a large civil litigation firm based in New York City, as well as a Boston based personal injury firm.  He also interned with Greater Boston Legal Services in both the Employment Unit and the Consumer Rights Unit, where as a second year law student, he represented indigent clients against predatory debt collection companies.

Though relatively new to Berkshire County, Attorney Zaricki has already earned a reputation for vigorous and highly competent representation of his clients’ interests. He works hard to understand the specific nuances of each client’s situation, and tailor his representation to reach a solution that is right for them.
