His extensive civil litigation experience includes successfully trying cases at nearly every level of the federal, Massachusetts and New York state court systems.  Attorney Mozian’s litigation practice is focused on commercial, construction, land use, landlord – tenant, insurance and employment matters.

His transactional experience ranges from general business counseling and leasing to representing businesses and banks in eight figure transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Mozian was a public defender working in the Felony Trial Bureau of the Legal Aid Society. Prior to working as a public defender, he was associated with a global law firm in New York City working exclusively on large scale commercial transactions.

Having spent more than twenty years advising clients in litigation and transactional matters, Attorney Mozian efficiently helps clients set goals along with counseling them on the potential costs and benefits of any representation.
