Matthew Mozian
Attorney Mozian takes pride in representing clients in both complex civil litigations and high value business transactions.
His extensive civil litigation experience includes successfully trying cases at nearly every level of the federal, Massachusetts and New York state court systems. Attorney Mozian’s litigation practice is focused on commercial, construction, land use, landlord – tenant, insurance and employment matters.
His transactional experience ranges from general business counseling and leasing to representing businesses and banks in eight figure transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Mozian was a public defender working in the Felony Trial Bureau of the Legal Aid Society. Prior to working as a public defender, he was associated with a global law firm in New York City working exclusively on large scale commercial transactions.
Attorney Mozian’s first step of any representation is to set goals. Having spent more than twenty years advising clients in litigation and transactional matters, Attorney Mozian efficiently helps clients set goals along with counseling them on the potential costs and benefits of any representation. Public access deal reached for preserve in Richmond
RICHMOND — A three-year legal dispute between neighbors and the Berkshire Natural Resources Council is finally resolved.
In an out-of-court settlement, an agreement was made that ensures reasonable public access to BNRC’s Hollow Fields Reserve on Perry’s Peak Road, with some limitations in place to ensure the privacy and rights of neighboring families to the property.
Indica Cannabis’ and Kerry Raheb’s lawyer asks to be removed from wage theft suit because clients have ‘failed to cooperate’
ADAMS — Kerry Raheb and his business Indica Cannabis may soon be looking for a lawyer again.
Raheb, owner of the first cannabis dispensary in Adams, is currently embroiled in a civil lawsuit, brought by former employee Laura Pratt, alleging wage theft of tens of thousands of dollars. On Sept. 30, Raheb’s lawyer asked to be taken off the case.
